Are you an experienced Fundraiser looking for a great opportunity to join one of the areas leading charity organisations who are committed to providing services for the improved resilience, health, and happiness of children and their families across Greater Lincolnshire? We are seeking a Fundraising Coordinator, reporting to the CEO, capable of generating income, together with the ability to deliver marketing and communication strategies. This will include BRIC’s on-line presence, social media, press releases and branding. In addition, the fundraiser/marketing role will support the Income Generation Team developing relationships with businesses.

You may be a Fundraising/Marketing Coordinator working in a non-charity organisation, most important will be your enthusiasm to share our vision and mission with a wide variety of audiences to help support vulnerable families across Lincolnshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a Fundraising specialist to make a real difference to the community. You will need your own transport for this role, expenses will be paid.

**Personal specification Fundraising Coordinator**:

- Understand charities and community fundraising, with knowledge of fundraising regulation and compliance
- Be able to work with people, communities and businesses to generate fundraising income
- Have experience of organising and delivering events
- Have experience of marketing and sharing key messages to secure support and income
- Possess excellent writing skills with the ability to capture audiences to garner support
- Have experience of volunteer recruitment and understand volunteer management
- Be able to understand charitable funding objectives and managing charitable funded projects
- Possess a talent for innovation and harness opportunities that further BRIC’s projects
- Hold safeguarding and quality as key principles to their work
- Hold inclusivity, fairness and equality as key values and principle to their work
- Have strong communication skills and be able to network and build partnerships across multiple sectors

**Key responsibilities Fundraising Coordinator**:

- Generate income through fundraising activities and events, grants and trusts
- Deliver marketing and communication strategies
- Work with teams to develop and review income generation planning and targets in line with the Charity’s vision and mission to achieve operational objectives
- Work with teams to develop and review marketing and communication operational planning and targets in line with BRIC’s vision and mission to achieve operational objectives
- Organising larger fundraising activities and events to generate income
- Generating stories, press releases and social media content to share impact, raise awareness of BRIC’s services, secure volunteers and generate support and income
- Recruiting and supporting volunteers and ambassadors to raise income and awareness

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
