**Role Summary**

The Business Training Assistant (BTA) provides support to the Business Training team to enable them to deliver Induction training when new firms/advisers join the network - and completes other teamspecific tasks as required. The BTA accepts responsibility for delivery of demonstrations (demos) of the Revolution system to potential new network members They therefore undertake to become a competent user of the Revolution system (and all surround systems and apps) to enable consistent delivery. The role also includes the expectation to provide feedback on any process, procedure and/or document gaps or potential improvements. These should be presented with benefits, to the Business Training Consultant for consideration.

**What you will be doing as our Business Training Assistant**

**1. Complete admin tasks (new firm/adviser setups, changing AR details etc)**
- Completing the set up for new firms / advisers on Revolution including all surround system connexions
- Updating changes to profiles where required within expected timelines to ensure continuity of access and services
- Checking details where any requests /details are unclear to ensure the right updates are applied to all firm / adviser changes

**2. Amendment of guides as required**
- Receiving instructions from Business Training Consultant (BTC) of updates required to training guides / delivery materials and clarifying where required
- Communicating out to all affected stakeholders that changes have been made and new version of guides available

**3. Delivery of Revolution demonstrations**
- Delivery of Revolution demonstration events (demos) via online presentation
- Following standard process delivery, ensuring all key topics are covered during the session
- Responding to questions during the session - referring or taking away any items not able to answer in the session
- Checking understanding throughout the session as appropriate

**4. Process / document improvement input**
- Reviewing training / delivery materials and any other team documents and identifying any potential changes / improvements to keep accurate and up to date
- Putting forward suggested updates clearly for consideration by the Business Training Consultant (BTC)

- You will have the ability to manage your workload and accepting and prioritising delegated tasks and using your time productively and efficiently
- A willingness to learn and develop skills and knowledge
- Confident user of technology and systems, including MS Office
- An interest in developing knowledge of financial services and/or customer management systems (and IT systems in general)
- A willingness to be involved in supporting live training as we see this role as one that could potentially develop into a full-time training role
- A confident and customer-focused individual, with excellent communication and presentation skills, both ‘in the room’ and via video conference software
- Possess a calm and patient manner, dealing with a variety of problems and people issues
- Eligibility to work in the UK and everything it takes to successfully complete pre-employment screening
