Blind Fitter

We’re excited to be expanding the team at Jenny’s Blinds and we’re now actively recruiting for a Trainee Blind Fitter. As a Trainee Fitter you will learn on the job and perfect not just how to fit amazing blinds but also how to provide the best customer service for which we have become renowned.

Our business has been trading for 25 years and our reputation in the Cheshire area has continued to grow and even through these tough times we’ve all been facing, we’ve managed to grow the business. You’d be joining at an exciting time and play a key role in the further success of this trusted family run business.

This role requires an organised and hardworking individual with a clear understanding of what makes excellent customer service. This role demands a person who is good with hand tools, is eager to learn and would be comfortable working in a domestic or commercial environment. A positive customer experience is at the heart of all decision making in this role.

**Responsibilities**
- Communicate with customers whilst on the job
- Fitting various types of blinds in domestic and commercial settings (full training will be provided)
- Working mostly on your own but occasionally in a team
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Organising jobs on a daily basis

**Requirements**:

- Full and clean driving licence
- Willing to undergo a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
- Experience and competence using hand tools
- Previous experience in a customer facing role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £17,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
