I am partnering with a excellent, well-established organisation who are seeking an Accounts Receivable Finance Officer to join their team. This team sits under a fantastic manager who can support your personal growth, and within a team who feed back what a lovely company this is to work for.
They are looking for someone to start immediately, however are also looking for a permanent employee, so this opportunity could easily lead to a permanent position. If made permanent, the business offer excellent benefits, including potential study support. Whether temporary or permanent, there will be learning opportunities to develop yourself in this role.
The position itself is varied, responsible for end to end accounts receivable, as well as some accounts payable.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Manage the Accounts Receivables process
- Manage relationships with the Procurement and Contracts team and budget holders, ensuring accounts receivables invoices raised are in line with contractual agreements and budgets
- Lead on all Accounts Receivables queries and work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any queries or advise on new developments
- Manage the credit control process
- Support the month end and year end accounting processes
This is a busy and varied role, and you must be comfortable in adapting to changing priorities. You will be able to work well independently, as well as within a team. You will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders, so good communication skills are essential.
