**Spray Operative - Days**

**ALS People** are recruiting **Spray Operatives** on behalf of our manufacturing client based in **Aston Clinton, Nr Aylesbury**who have **Full Time/Permanent opportunities available**.

This is a great time to join our client, their order books are full and there is a continuous flow of work through the assembly lines where day shifts and late shifts operate.

The activities and tasks you will be involved with relate to the manufacture of GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastics) waste water management products.

**_Spray Operative Responsibilities_**
- Spraying of GRP Components
- Ensure quality of work is to agreed standard
- Work to production targets
- Maintain continuous improvements to help the section grow.
- Maintain high standard of housekeeping.
- Carry out De-moulding and Mould Preparation as required.
- Ensure the smooth running & materials flow efficiently.
- Adhere to and promote high standards of compliance - H&S, Environmental, product quality

**_Required Experience & Knowledge_**
- A practical knowledge of assembly techniques consistent with the company's products (GRP Water Tanks)
- Manufacturing experience
- Experience of working with fibreglass desirable
- Experience of using hand tools
- Previous forklift experience
- Able to accurately measure and document production activities
- Good work ethic and attitude to Health & Safety, Quality, and productivity
**_Required Qualifications_**
- English & Maths GCSE - or equivalent.
**_Hours of Work_**
- Day Shift**:

- Monday to Friday - 0600 - 1400** (40 hour contract with overtime available)
**_Pay Rates_**

Starting Pay Rate**: £11.61p.h**

After 6 months Pay Rate is Increased to**:£12.36p.h**

After 9 months Pay Rate is Increased to**:£13.63p.h**

Once 12 months continuous employment Pay Rate is increased to **:£14.13p.h**
