You will be working as a Office Manager, Business Support Manager or Operations Manager.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Day to day oversight of a large PA function
- Developing processes and procedures and ensuring the department is running effectively.
- Managing the staffing levels and ensuring all departments needs are being met
- Identifying training and development needs within the team
- Recruitment and retainment
- Project management
- Liaising with key stakeholders across the business to resolve issues and ensure the best possible service

Experience and requirements
- Previous team management experience
- Experience working within professional services is desirable
- A strong understanding of Business Support/ PA/ Secretarial/ Administration functions
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships
- Stakeholder management experience
- A service deliver focused approach
