Duties: The Credit Controller is concerned with maintaining and reporting externally on the complete and accurate sales and receivable records of the company. To control customer credit risk through implementation of best practicecredit control policies for approximately 800 active accounts. To establish relationships with internal and external customers including timely collections of monies and negotiating payment plans if appropriate. To escalateconcerns or issues to AR Manager.**:
- **Ensure the sales ledger and sub ledger is fully reconciled on a monthly basis**:
- **To clear all transactions in a timely manner.**:
- **To ensure all reporting deadlines are met.**:
- **To manage the AR process according to our Internal Control processes**:
- **Ensure that customers receive monthly statements and ad-hoc reports as required**:
- **Implement and maintain systems of reminders for all customers with overdue balances.**:
- **Prepare ad-hoc reports as required by management**:
- **To ensure that the UK entity adheres to the group target of overdue debts.**:
- **Other duties as required to support business
