Blue Arrow are actively recuiting for a Class 1 Driver for one of our established clients in Thatcham. We are looking for experience, reliable HGV1 Drivers who can take on our clients busy operation.
**What we are looking for-**
- Flexible drivers
- Experience driving HGV Class 1 vehicles (1 year)
- No more than 6 penalty points. (No IN DR or DD codes)
- Excellent knowledge of the UK road network
- Current and Valid CPC and Digi Tacho
- Hard working
- Good level of English
- RO-RO (Wagon & Drag) experience desired but not essential
**The job-**
- Hours: 06:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday (46.25 hours per week)
- Collect and deliver RO-RO bins
- Conduct daily vehicle checks
- Complete all paperwork in a timely manner
- Park all vehicles at the end of everyday
- Make sure the cab of your lorry is always clean and tidy
- Keep in regular contact with the transport manager, yard managers and weighbridge operators at each site
