Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

We are recruiting for an **Electrical Maintenance Supervisor** for a manufacturing company based in Pocklington, East Yorkshire. This is a full time and permanent role. The company is a large national manufacturer (non food) and has sites UK wide. They are recruiting for their maintenance team due to retirement.

**This role offers a 4 days a week, Monday to Thursday only. NO Fridays or Weekends.**

**1 week of Day shifts, 6am to 6pm**. **And 1 week of Nights 6pm to 6am. rotating weekly.**

The **Electrical Maintenance Engineer** role involves:

- Supervise a team of 4 Engineers
- Electrical / Mechanical maintenance on all machinery
- Maintain service and repair plant machinery to minimise production down time
- Working on large heavy machinery, conveyors, mixers, robotic palletizers, etc.
- Reactive and PPM duties.
- Breakdown response to reduce machine downtime as much as possible
- Ensure faults, breakdowns or issues are logged and reported correctly
- Carry out fault finding and repair of equipment and facilities
- Increase efficiency through thorough execution of PPM planned maintenances schedules
- Help maintain quality of engineering stores via correct usage and communications
- Utilizing CMMS for planned and unplanned maintenance

We're looking for the following;
- Previous Supervisory experience
- Previous electrical maintenance experience (preferably 2yrs or more)
- Previous mechanical maintenance experience (preferably 2yrs or more)
- Time served apprenticeship/Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in maintenance engineering
- 18th edition electrical qualifications
- Good Fault finding and root cause analysis skills
- Previous experience with PPM and TPM systems
- Good interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy
