Are you a Facilities Maintenance Technician looking to step into a supervisory role with the autonomy to manage the maintenance duties both hands on and from a managerial perspective with further training and career prospects to manage larger care homes withina rapidly expanding business

This company is part of a top group with multiple sites across the UK, dealing with the development, building and facilities maintenance of care homes. Due to their continual success and their plans of expansion they are looking for an additional FacilitiesMaintenance Technician to work autonomously and lead a team.
In this role, you will play a key part in all onsite facilities maintence which would include general maintenance of the facility, as well as ensuring the compliance of legislation is being adhered to. This role is a days based role and offers both trainingand progression within the company
This role will suit a Facilities Maintenance Technician who is looking for an autonomous role with a market leading brand with extensive training and progression provided.
The Role:

- Hands on facilities maintenance and Compliance of legislation such as Health and safety and environmental code
- Fault Finding, Preventative, Planned and Reactive Maintenance within the care home
- Extensive training opportunities (in and out of house)
The Person:
*Previous Facilities Maintenance experience
*Background in facilities compliance and commercial maintenance
*Commutable to Bath
