**Job description**
- The University of Winchester value work-based learning and tangible life experiences to enhance the graduate employability skills of students and inspire their future success. The University are currently expanding its activity to enhance our students’ employability so this post will coordinate our placement offer to students via engaging with Winchester and the wider region.
- This post will source and co-ordinate placement opportunities for students working closely with the placement manager, various individuals and organisations including the university’s volunteering team, Dean of Apprenticeships, academic departments and local employers who facilitate placements.
- You will play an important role in ensuring work placements for our students are managed effectively and recorded accurately, delivering outstanding service and building sustainable relationships with employers to facilitate growth and the development for workplace learning.
