**Service Advisor**
As one of the largest multi-franchise motorcycle retailers in the UK, Fowlers Motorcycles is seeking to appoint an experienced and energetic individual with a mature attitude to join our Service Team.
**ABOUT FOWLERS**
**THE ROLE**
To deliver the highest standards of customer service, and to deal with customer queries discreetly, tactfully, and sensitively in order to exceed their expectations. You will work as part of a team of Advisors and Technicians to schedule workloads, while providing timescales and costings to customers, and ensuring that customers are confident of receiving best-in-class workmanship and first-rate service.
**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- The desire and ability to deliver exceptional customer service, and to be an outstanding ’ambassador‘ for Fowlers.
- A minimum of 2 GCSEs in Maths and English, grades A to C, or 9 to 5, or equivalent.
- A technical appreciation of, and/or enthusiasm for motorcycles and scooters is a significant asset.
- An excellent communicator who is fluent in spoken and written English.
- A friendly, outgoing, approachable, diplomatic, and professional manner.
- You are expected to be prepared to uphold the highest standards of integrity and discretion.
- The ability to use your initiative intelligently, whilst observing company guidelines and procedures.
- Computer literate, numerate and accurate.
- A good team player, who also benefits from an energetic and flexible approach.

**Salary**: £23,795.00-£25,200.00 per year
