**Job Purpose**:
Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring projects, planning of works for Technical Staff.
**Duties**:
- Works within the admin team, assisting where directed, in a pro-active and professional manner.
- Takes ownership, and controls the company’s defects process, adding them to the system and providing updates, reports and rectifying errors where possible.
- Assisting with booking of pre & post inspections and follow up work for surveyors.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as requested
- Reporting
- To enter Administration Training Programmes
- Liaising with Technical Staff to provide input and resolve issues encountered within a job.
- Monitor quality of works to ensure compliance is maintained throughout, with relevant quality and safety requirements.
- Maintain reports for quality tracking, identifying improvement opportunities and detailing with findings.
**Skills/Qualifications**:
- Exceptional customer focus
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good organizational skills, including own time management.
- Administration & Customer Service experience - minimum 2 years
**Desirable**:
- Administration Qualification
- Previous QC experience.
