The rapid pace of our growth has resulted in a sales increase in excess of 100% year on year since we were established in Burton-on-Trent in 2010. Building on our success, we are continuing to develop avenues for new business opportunities. Having recently opened our sixth depot in Nottingham, we have ambitious plans for further growth and business expansion.
Our rapid growth means that we currently operate from six locations - our main head office in Swadlincote in the East Midlands, Tipton in the West Midlands, Nottingham, Canvey Island, Bristol, and Glasgow.
**Position**:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the post holder will play a vital role in the growth of the business.
Working in a fast-paced environment as a member of the sales team, the post holder will meet the needs of existing clients and seek opportunities to extend our client base further. Processing a high volume of inbound sales calls, take orders, payments, and process sales. They will build strong customer relationships and maintain customer accounts which will include making outbound calls.
The role is demanding as well as rewarding and therefore requires flexibility, drive, and initiative.

**Requirements**:
- Build positive relationships with potential new customers and lasting relationships with present customer base
- Processing orders
- Taking inbound calls and assisting with orders and enquiries
- Monitor your targets and KPIs to ensure these are being met
- Offering reliable product advice
- Promoting and upselling the company brand / products
- Sending out and chasing quotes
- Keeping records of customer interactions, customer accounts and filing associated documents

**Salary**: between £26,000 to £28,150 pa depending on experience
**Hours**: 45 per week Monday to Friday between 07.00 - 17.00
