Location: West Midlands Hospital, Halesowen

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Full-time

Summary:
West Midlands Hospital is one of the West Midland's leading private hospitals set in 3.5 acres of pleasant grounds at Colman Hill, Halesowen, ten miles from Birmingham City Centre. Operating since 1988 the hospital has 34 private bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities.

By investing in advanced medical technology, the hospital offers a wide range of treatments and services. The two fully equipped theatres with ultra clean air technology are particularly suitable for orthopaedic procedures offered such as arthroscopy, hip and knee replacement.

Treatments at the hospital also include gynaecology, ENT, ophthalmology, paediatric surgery (from three years), general surgery and urological procedures.

The role:
As a Bookings Clerk you will work as part of the Outpatients Bookings Team, to support with our ERS referrals, appointments and enquiries.

You will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise. You will be expected to deliver a first class service to patients, consultants and colleagues.

What you’ll bring with you:

- Proven experience in administration and customer service
- Keyboard Skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to make decisions and use your initiative
- Strong communication skill
- A flexible and positive attitude
