**Our client based in Hungerford is looking for a motivated individual to join their team as a Grounds Maintenance professional.**

**You'll be responsible for a range of tasks that ensure the outdoor spaces our client maintains are kept in top condition. From mowing grass to repairing fences and operating tractors, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and taking pride in their work.**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate and maintain a variety of grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance on equipment as needed.
- Operate tractors and other heavy machinery to complete larger-scale jobs such as grading, excavation, and snow removal.
- Install and repair fencing and other structures.
- Perform basic maintenance work as needed.
- Keep detailed records of work completed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or related field.
- Ability to operate and maintain a variety of equipment.
- Full clean UK Driving Licence.
- Comfortable using tractors and other heavy machinery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
