Recruit Moore have been approached by our client near Botley to support them in finding an Account Manager.

Duties to include -- Answering incoming phone calls and handling enquiries
- Developing rapport and relationship between yourself and your clients
- Building the brand into trusted-advisor status.
- Translating client requirements to supply stock lines wherever possible.
- Working with others in the Internal team to maintain and grow a group of regularly spending accounts through a mix of proactive and reactive activity.
- Upselling wherever possible, to increase average order value.
- Ensuring that back-order lines are communicated to clients promptly.
- Quoting accurately and returning quote requests
- Keeping in touch with market pricing to ensure our client remains competitive.
- Listening and looking out for new sites / projects and relaying to Business Development Manager.
- Liaising with Service team to ensure service issues are handled efficiently
- Using the company website to drive business transactions, educating target clients on how to use the website effectively and promoting the website wherever possible.

You will be passionate for results, working for and within the team, and contributing positively every day, in every transaction with colleagues and clients.

Our client is looking for someone who is energetic and focussd in their work, and remains focused on client satisfaction and maintaining a positive contributory attitude.

Hours - 08:00 - 17:00 - Monday to Friday

Salary £29k - £35k, plus bonus.
