Telemarketer

Do you have customer acquisition experience, and are you seeking a new job in Manchester? Podium Recruitment is looking for a full-time Telemarketer, and the role comes with a salary of £24,000 (after probation) and uncapped commission scheme.

As a Telemarketer, you will have rich conversations with customers, gaining an understanding of their individual circumstances.

In your first few weeks as a Telemarketer, you can expect to:

- Make recommendations on suitable solutions based on what you’ve learnt about your customer
- Handle high volumes of calls, adapting your approach to suit the caller and their needs
- Liaise with multiple teams across business, building your internal relationships
- Listen actively and use your objection handling skills where necessary to ensure solution value.

As a Telemarketer, we need you to have the following attributes and skills:

In return for your commitment and inclusive approach, you will be rewarded with an annual salary of £21,000 rising to £24,000 after probation with an uncapped commission scheme with an achievable first year OTE of £30,000 - £52,000
