We are looking for a Surveyor to join us at an incredibly exciting and pivotal time for the rural sector, in order to continue, their rural surveying journey to advise clients, and support the delivery of estate management advice in our Cambridge office.

With the adaption to a new agriculture policy in England underway, this role is a fantastic opportunity to play an integral part in supporting our clients to navigate the challenges they face, highlight opportunities to help them thrive, and lobby on theirbehalf.

You will be working with a young, energetic team, working in a flexible and agile manner, providing advice, opinion and guidance to clients on a broad range of issues. Our client base includes institutional; corporate and private clients and the role willfocus in particular on strategic thinking and require a high level of professionalism.

**The ideal person will**:

- Have existing experience in providing estate/asset management advice to landowners and/or property owners
- Enjoy working with rural communities and building professional relationships
- Have a broad appreciation of rural issues
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a high level of computer literacy
- Be MRICS qualified
- Be creative and a lateral thinker
- Thrive on the opportunity to add value to client’s property ownership
- An interest in building relationships and generating new business
