**The role of a Merchant Retail Assistant**

As a Merchant Manager in our **Park Royal **branch, you'll be covering our concession area independently, where you’ll develop strong customer relationships in your store offering hire solutions with an array of top-tier products and equipment across all building service sectors. You'll also be supporting with booking in deliveries and moving and testing equipment before and after hire (full training will be provided).

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience in either a Sales, Account Management or Customer Service orientated profession.
- A sales focused mind with high levels of professional acumen have an outstanding work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A proactive nature and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets monthly.
- Excellent relationship building skills, with both the wider HSS team and customers.
