Studio Perfectus is a full-service boutique architectural design and landscape design firm based in Clitheroe, Lancashire.
Our acclaimed architectural and landscape designers create ultimate sustainable retreats.
We have experience designing and building sustainable custom residential homes and gardens for over 20 years. Our lead designer has many years of on-site experience that transpires within our designs, which means achievable designs that have been thoroughly thought out, both aesthetically and practically.
Studio Perfectus has an exciting opportunity to join our growing architectural & landscape design studio in Clitheroe, Lancashire. We are seeking talented, motivated and technically experienced architectural designers and technologists to join us on our journey.
The position is available on full-time bases with the option of part-time being considered.
Project sizes vary from small extensions and refurbishment projects to new-build eco-homes to large luxury houses. Due to the nature of the work and how the Studio operates, we are looking for someone with a keen eye for design coupled with a great understanding of buildability and construction sequencing.
**Requirements**:
- Attitude - Open-minded, "can do" approach, loves challenge, embraces change
- Software Skills - Revit, Sketchup, Twinmotion, Adobe Suite, MS Office
- Work Experience - Good working knowledge of Planning, Building Regulations and Construction stages of a project
If successful, you can expect to have hands-on experience in all aspects of the creative and technical architecture process.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
