An exciting opportunity awaits as we seek a Data Coordinator (Operations Technical Coordinator) to join our dynamic fulfillment team.

This is an operational data role that requires solid technical knowledge in relation to systems and processes to provide expertise on the resolution of systems, data and service queries.

This is a hybrid role however you will be required to work from our London office for a set number of days each week so you must be within commuting distance to EC1A 9DE.

This appointment will be made on merit.

**About the role**:
You will take responsibility for building and maintaining product master data, enabling the integration across the SAP systems whilst also maintaining and setting up master data for eMarking and related systems. You will also work closel with internal stakeholders to support the testing on new SAP and assessment platform functionality and also support the Data Service Manager with the production of data reports as required.

To support our Fulfilment and Operational Delivery Team achieve internal and external KPI's you will take responsibility for the end to end marking processes, interrogating the systems effectively to understand the current position of results and how to push these through to meet our release dates.

**About you**:
In this Operational role, you will need to have a blend of coordination and project skills, with a solid technical understanding of systems for Master Data, Data Intergration and data processing whilst being competent in working with data qualitatively from multiple sources. You will be able to plan, organise and prioritise you own work whilst building relationships effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

- A positive can do attitude with a focus on producing high quality outputs.

Additionally, you will need to be comfortable working to deadlines and delivering to our Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
