Time to Care is based in Alnwick in Northumberland. We are a rapidly growing Social Care Provider and are looking for a part time Administrative Assistant to join our office staff.
You would be working as part of a team, and duties would include meeting and greeting guests, supporting the HR Manager and Finance Manager in their duties as well as supporting the CEO by making travel arrangements, managing her diary etc.
You would be working with some of our clients, as well as external customers such as social workers and commissioners, so this is a varied and interesting role.
You would also be involved in recruitment, setting up interviews, getting references and assisting in the delivery of our Induction Course.
We are happy to be flexible with hours and would consider 2.5 full days a week, or 4-5 hours each day of the week.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: £10.50-£11.00 per hour
