**Sales Administrator**

Dapol is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of model trains and accessories.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sale Administrator to join our Sales Team.

**Role**

Working in a fast paced but friendly office. The Sales Administrator role includes but is not limited to
- Processing orders from Stockists and General Public
- Taking payments
- Sending information sheets to Stockists
- Booking in returns and show stock
- Checking all orders and invoices are correct
- Raising monthly offer sheets
- Raising special commission orders and liaising with Studio and the customer on issues
- General admin tasks in the sales office

**Skills**

**Essential**
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team

**Desired but not necessary**
- Use of Microsoft packages - mainly office
- Use of Sage
- Knowledge of model railway products

Hours are Monday - Thursday 8am - 5.15pm Friday 7.45am - 12.45am

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £21,673.60 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chirk: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales administration: 1 year (preferred)
