Delivery Rider

Oxwash is looking for a cycle delivery rider to join its logistics team, collecting and delivering laundry across Oxford, Monday to Friday from 08:00-17:00. We'll train and support you, and in return you'll turn up every day, ready to do whatever it takes to deliver on time, every time.

This role has potential to progress into other positions within the company, dependant on capacity and performance.

**Key responsibilities**
- Delivering customers' laundry on time and in line with our Oxwash processes
- Communicating quickly and effectively with customers and colleagues, especially our Customer Service team
- Maintaining sustainability at every corner

**Key skills**
- **Cycling** - Our Delivery Riders cycle our Oxwash e-cargo bikes. You must be able to ride a bicycle, and love it You must also obey the rules of the road.
- **Adaptability** - Things may change at short notice and you will take those changes in your stride and adapt as needed.
- **Communication** - You'll be the face of Oxwash, interacting with our valued customers and delivering the premium services that we offer. You will communicate in a respectful and professional way.
- **Team player**:

- We're on a really exciting growth trajectory, so enthusiasm and a willingness to muck in are key. When you're not busy riding you'll help process laundry or assist with other essential areas like customer service.
- **Technical literacy** - We are obsessed with tech and automation. You will learn how to use our logistics software and support our use of real-time data.

**Desirable Experience**
- Courier or other delivery work (especially on a cargo bike or ebike) or perhaps customer service or hospitality work
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Driving experience with full, clean manual driving licence (Oxwash also has an electric delivery van)
