Lead Ganger

As Lead Ganger you will manage Civil operatives overseeing the planning and execution of all resolution of blockages to meet contract delivery.

**Here's what you'll do**:

- Dig track work to a good standard.
- Ensure all works images are captured on company supplied assets.
- Correct usage of all tools, plant and equipment and be responsible for any assets assigned to them.
- When excavating complete full cable avoidance survey and correctly mark any services prior to excavation; Asset plan referral, permit to break ground, CAT & Genny survey, visual survey.
- Report any delivery issues to supervision.
- Ensure production targets are met.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
