- Operate power tools and hand tools proficiently
- Assist with masonry, roofing, painting, welding, plumbing, electrical work, and fabrication
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications:

- Experience with power tools, masonry, roofing, painting, welding, plumbing, electrical work, fabrication, hand tools, carpentry
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges

This is an older building located in Sandgate / Folkestone, There will be people on site who will assist with ordering materials, sorting out coffees, teas & sandwiches.

Pay is for general builder but can be discussed. Pay can also be talked about for Labourer separately.
