An exciting opportunity to join a team of professional Change and Improvement officers working on projects to deliver a Digital Transformation programme within Powys County Council.

**What you will do**:

- Analyse and document business requirements, working with colleagues across the organisation.
- Analyse existing internal and external processes, mapping these processes, ensuring that they are accurate, timely, consistent and fit for purpose.
- Identify and test potential improvements in existing processes, to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency.
- Develop plans for new processes that contribute towards improved performance and cost efficiency.
