Junior Actuarial Analyst

This is a unique opportunity for a graduate or junior actuarial analyst to join a well-established Lloyd’s Syndicate and be directly involved in technical pricing and model development, across multiple lines of business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and enhance pricing models across multiple lines of business.
- Assist with the parameterisation of the internal model.
- Build effective working relationships with co-workers in the Actuarial and Underwriting teams.
- Ability to simply complex topics and communicate findings to colleagues and senior stakeholders.

**From you they are looking**:

- A numerate degree achieving a 2:1 or higher.
- Aptitude for learning new software languages.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential.
- Proficiency in R, SQL, Tyche or are desirable.
- Any progression through the IFoA exams is desirable.
