We are looking for a Head of Planning and Process Improvement to lead the Planning and Process Improvement team in the Operations Directorate. This is a critical role in the delivery of SQA’s responsibilities and objectives whilst also being a key member of the Operations Senior Management Team.

They will be able to articulate the scope for improvement to the business and promote a standardised approach to process improvement.

Applicants, as a minimum, should be educated to SCQF Level 9 and/or at least 3 years in a relevant Senior Manager post or have significant experience in a similar post. Experience in operational delivery in a LEAN environment and proven track record in Six Sigma is required.
