**Dine ansvarsområder vil omfatte**:

- Styring af logistikken for forsendelser til internationale destinationer, herunder Asien og Middelhavslandene, og håndtering af papirarbejde i forbindelse med godkendelser.
- Holde styr på dokumenter for at sikre, at de er nøjagtige og opfylder lovmæssige standarder.
- Deling af ansvaret for driften i Danmark og betjening af europæiske nøglekunder i Storbritannien, Tyskland, Benelux, Serbien og Moldova i tæt samarbejde med salgsteams.
- Overvågning af daglige ordrer, forsendelser og intern koordinering, herunder styring af kontrakter.
- Arrangere transport af ordrer og håndtere kontrakter, fakturering og andre administrative opgaver for salgspersonalet.
- Organisering af besøg og styring af kommunikation med kunder, leverandører og transportører.
- Bekræfte ordrer med kunder og opdatere optegnelser i vores system.
- Hjælp til salg ved at koordinere transportpriser og forbedre processer.
- Hjælpe med dataindsamling til rapporter som Greenhouse Reporting.
- Håndtere alle andre opgaver, der er nødvendige for at holde tingene kørende for vores kunder.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Managing logistics for shipments to international destinations, including Asian and Mediterranean countries, and handling paperwork for approvals.
- Keeping track of documents to ensure they are accurate and meet regulatory standards.
- Sharing responsibility for operations in Denmark and serving key European customers in the UK, Germany, Benelux, Serbia, and Moldova, working closely with sales teams.
- Monitoring daily orders, shipments, and internal coordination, including managing contracts.
- Arranging transportation for orders and handling contracts, invoicing, and other administrative tasks for sales staff.
- Organizing visits and managing communication with customers, suppliers, and carriers.
- Confirming orders with customers and updating records in our system.
- Assisting sales by coordinating transport rates and improving processes.
