Membership Coordinator

Operations Administrator required to support the administration of a membership body. The role will cover a range of administrative duties including:
- Maintaining member information: annual renewals, audits and on-going membership compliance,
- Act as primary point of contact for all membership enquiries,
- Liaison with board of directors and key member stakeholders,
Ability to independently carry out the following:
- Maintain ongoing communication with all Members
- Maintain Complaints Log liaising with appropriate persons
- Provide administrative support services to the board of directors as required.
- Plan and attend member meetings via Teams.
- Liaise with company auditors to ensure initial or renewal membership audits are scheduled. Advise members of these arrangements and maintain appropriate audit records.
- Maintain company accounting records.
- Ensure the website is updated on a regular basis to include ‘New Member’ and ‘Existing Members’ or information as instructed by the board of directors.
- Ensure that all documents used the company are the maintained and current versions stored in the readily accessible files for review.
- Preparation of reports as required by the board of directors.
Part time position:
- 25 hours per week
- Monday - Friday
- 9.15 am - 2.45 pm (30 minutes lunch)
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: £10.50-£12.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (required)
