We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing care and assistance to individuals in need. Whether it's assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, or ensuring medication administration, your support will make a meaningful impact on the lives of those you serve.

**Duties**:

- Provide personal care and support to individuals in their homes or residential facilities
- Assist with meal preparation, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
- Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including driving clients to appointments or outings
- Engage in meaningful activities and provide companionship to promote social interaction and emotional well-being
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental health status
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in support work or a related field is essential
- Knowledge of first aid and basic medical procedures essenstial
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to pass background checks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
