Property Inspector

- We have an exciting new role for a Property Inspector to join our established lettings team. Within this role, you will be responsible for the standard of the ASK Lettings’ properties in a designated geographical area, taking ownership for the standard and appearance of the properties and ensuring all relevant policies are being complied with.

You will be carrying out scheduled inspections and following up with actions needed to maintain the expected standards agreed with clients. You will be proactive in identifying issues and logging them.

**This is a field-based role with travel to our properties in London (mainly East London), and will include visiting our head office in Ilford when required.**

**Key duties include**:

- Conduct detailed inspections of properties, logging findings and issues.
- Evaluate the condition / presence of safety features, hazards and potential faults.
- Regularly update property condition records and communicate findings to management.
- Provide recommendations for improvements and preventative maintenance.
- Assist in preparing properties for new tenants, ensuring optimal condition.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in property management or a related field preferred
- Good knowledge of safety regulations & property standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Valid clean driver’s license and willingness to travel to various properties.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
