**Responsibilities**
- Escort patients to their appointments, assisting the elderly with wheelchair if required.
- Responsible for daily walk round and closing of the building ensuring all areas are secure and alarm is activated.
- Logging estates issues and liaising with other departments for resolution.
- Assist with deliveries as required in conjunction with clinical stores.
- Weekly fire appliance checks.
- Opening and closing of external car park and general maintenance and tidy.

**Must Haves**
- Valid DBS check is a requirement for this role.
- Excellent customer service.
- A flexible approach to the requirements of the business and be trusted to carry out tasks.
- Able to work effectively in busy environment.
