Resolute are currently recruiting for a Technical & Warranty Manager for an automotive company based in Ollerton. This will be a permanent position, within an exciting business that are experiencing a lot of growth.
Technical & Warranty Manager
Location: Ollerton

**Salary**:

- £30,500.00 Per year
Job Duties:

- The role of Technical & Warranty Manager will act as the technical lead for the branch.
- To adjudicate on all return turbo warranties.
- Ensure the accurate completion of all adjudication reports.
- Help update the warranty report templates as and when required.
- Work towards employing an apprentice to support the role.
- Manage the warranty process in line with the aims and objectives of the business.
- Prepare and provide trend analysis reports on products to the turbo management team - monthly.
- Support the turbo team leader in carrying out product awareness and quality training with the employees.
- Raise any concerns with the GM and Turbo Commercial Manager as and when necessary.
- Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as Technical & Warranty Manager as requested by the GM or Turbo Commercial Manager.
- Responsible for the regular technical updates that can be shared with our customers.
Job Requirements for Technical & Warranty Manager:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Proven experience and knowledge of Turbocharger failure modes.
- Knowledge of QHSE Legislation.
- Proven experience to work as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Displays a good attitude towards work, and the aims and objectives of the company.
- Holds or willing to work towards NVQ Level 1 & 2 in Business Administration or Equivalent or two years’ experience working in an administration environment.
Shift pattern:
Hours of work 08:00 to 16.30 Monday to Friday with half an hour lunch.
20 days holiday plus BH.
