My Clients are currently looking for a hardworking, motivated and driven individual to become a Lettings Valuer in the Canary Wharf Area.

**As a Lettings Valuer, you’ll be required to work the following**:

- Monday to Friday 9 am
- 7 pm
- Alternative Saturday 9.30 am - 2 pm

**The successful Lettings Valuer will be offered**:

- Basic salary £20,000
- OTE £80,000
- Business generation leads
- Career Progression

**To be considered for the Letting Valuer role you must have**:

- Must have property valuing listing experience
- Must have min 3 years lettings neg experience
- Articulate
- Well presented
- Excellent customer service and rapport-building skills
- Ability to think outside the box and generate leads from all potential sources
- Not afraid of cold calling

**As a Lettings Valuer your role will involve**:

- Attending Properties and Valuing them for the Lettings Market
- Liaising with Landlords and tenants
- Managing work diary to ensure all appointments are attended
