We’re looking for a talented individual to join our admin team to work full time in our Clevedon office to manage the learner enrolment process for our company.

Previous experience within the education sector is highly desirable.

The key responsibilities of the role are:

- To be the first point of contact for learner queries, answering them or sign-posting as appropriate.
- To ensure the effective and efficient administration of the learner induction process.
- To take an active role in the learner induction process, issuing all relevant correspondence quickly, accurately and efficiently, and to liaise as necessary with employers.
- To model a professional, efficient, confidential and supportive admin function that works constructively and collegiately with colleagues
- To provide administrative support to Admin and Business Development colleagues in relation to learner induction and on-boarding and producing supporting paperwork efficiently and accurately.
- To produce learner statistics and reports on a regular basis for analysis by senior colleagues.
- To ensure that learner records are accurate and maintained and comply at all times with relevant legislation or internal requirements
- To develop and maintain an awareness of how the Business Development Team works alongside colleagues in other teams, especially in relation to learner outcomes, Ofsted and other external requirements.

**Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience**

Ability to prioritise work under pressure and deliver to deadlines, Good time management skills, Personable telephone manner, Be confident in using IT, including Word, Excel, Power Point and CRM Systems, previous experience of the education sector is an advantage.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
