**Role**:
We have a vacancy for a Warehouse Operative based in Basildon. The prospective operative will work as a member of the warehouse team to successfully manage the daily demands of a busy medical distribution operation. Adopt a ‘hands on’ structured and proactive approach, ensuring orders are processed through the warehouse effectively in full to and on time to the agreed customer required ship dates. Be pro-active in developing excellent warehouse processes and providing high customer service levels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure goods received are checked to confirm condition received and accurate to purchase order.
- Following validation, goods must be booked into the MRP system accurately and subsequently safely located into the respective warehouse storage location.
- Conduct picking and packaging of planned orders in accordance with the agreed production schedule.
- Complete general warehouse system administration activities - processing invoices, pick lists, despatch notes.
- Complete regular part stock checks to maintain high levels of stock accuracy.

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Minimum of 5 years administration experience.
