To work within the ECO submissions administration team providing administrative support to the ECO Team Manager and Head of ECO. Checking and validating submissions from our delivery partners for compliance with ECO guidance.

Main Responsabilities:

- Download allocated jobs from the server.
- Check job paperwork for compliance with ECO Guidance.
- Complete error report/measure clear report and send to partner.
- Update the status of the job on a shared spreadsheet with Office.
- Send error correction reports to partners and chase corrections.
- Load validated measures to the server and notify the ECO team to submit to funder.
- Prepare intelligent spreadsheets for loading to the Installer Hub portal.
- Collate, submit and maintain required administrative information and installation data as required.
- Collate and maintain complaint records in accordance with the Control of Non-Conformances, Corrective and Preventative Actions procedure.
- Any other administrative tasks required.
- Responsible for their actions regarding the health and safety of themselves and other employees with particular responsibility for those directly involved with the activities of the jobholder.
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the policies and procedures of BidConnecter Limited.
- Complete all necessary works process documentation accurately and legibly, and to ensure correct completion.
- Understand the Green Deal Code of Practice and the Ofgem ECO Guidelines.
- Compile a batch of completed projects and add all the information to an approved Ofgem spreadsheet. Checking the spreadsheet before submitted to the energy supplier to ensure the information input is correct to eliminate errors.
- Respond to error reports.
- Adhere to the Data Protection Act, ensuring sensitive material is disposed of in the correct manner.
- Assist senior managers with any ad-hoc tasks.

- A Self-motivated robust and proactive character.
- Composed and calm when working under pressure with a flexible approach.
- Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised but also capable of working well within a team.
- Competent in a range of data management systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Cloud documents.
- Well-presented professional appearance.
- Cheerful approachable and friendly disposition.
- Shows initiative and enthusiasm.
- Good organisational skills and time management.
- Adaptable to change.
- Able to understand complex processes.

Required Experience:

- Good general level of education including GCSE A-C in Maths and English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels, and in a professional manner - written and verbal.
- Customer Service experience, face-to-face and excellent telephone manner.
- A highly organised professional with a keen eye for detail and planning skills.
- Able to work within a team, and independently.
- Intermediate IT skills and strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to liaise confidently with senior management

Pay: £23,800.00-£25,200.00 per year
