TristoneNash are pleased to be supporting a reputable Housing Association in South Wales to appoint a Money Advisor to provide advice and guidance to support tenants in sustaining their tenancies.

This is initially a 2 month contract, with the possibility of extension, offering 37 hours per week and flexibility in how you work these hours/ manage your own diary.

You’ll need relevant experience in welfare reform and providing welfare benefits advice and a background in housing management - rent arrears, tenancy / residency issues/ welfare benefits.

You’ll have supported with budgeting issues affecting vulnerable tenants and have experience of a customer focused approach to service delivery.

Experience of providing money advice to tenants/customers is also essential for this role.

Subject to a Basic DBS check and although this is hybrid working, you will be expected to attend the office for training and tenant visits in the community where necessary, so a driver and access to a car is essential.
