**Job Title**: Homeless Resettlement Worker (for Refugees)

**Location**: Town Hall

**Salary**: £28,782 - £33,924

**Basis**: 2-year fixed term, 36 hours per week

We are looking for:

- A robust understanding of, and the ability to speak (to a high level) English, and preferably Dari and/or Pashto (applicants still considered if English is the only language).
- Excellent written communication skills and an eye for detail and a high standard of customer service
- Experience of working in a supportive role. For example, in adult social care, community policing, health, education, housing.
- An understanding of the welfare benefits system
- A commitment to a calm and patient approach, with an ability to create boundaries that empower people towards independence.
- An Innovative, supportive, positive and flexible person.
- A person holding a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
