This role sits within the Trade Finance & Lending (TFL) business of Corporate Bank, within the pillar of Cross Product Structuring. The team is responsible for originating, developing, structuring, and driving implementation of strategic, portfolio and tactical structuring solutions in relation to derisking and any other forms of structured origination for TFL with external market investors, brokers and corporate clients, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and in line with TFL’s strategic agenda.

You will report to the lead for Alternate Derisking under Cross Product Structuring in London and responsibilities will require you to assist in putting together material for TRAFIN, repacks and other portfolio-driven de-risking and engage in analysis, discussions, communication with internal Distribution, Risk & Portfolio Management (RPM) and other internal stakeholders, facilitate setup of the measures along with senior team members in the team, and drive overall implantation of various portions of these new initiatives along with external partners.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Work with Senior Lead on TRAFIN as well as other new portfolio hedge measures for successful end-to-end execution along with associated internal and external teams
- Support in the analysis and modelling of data on all aspects for hedge portfolios identified, including testing and iterative pool simulations along with clients to finalise structure
- Facilitate materials for investor discussions, including term sheets, presentations, internal memos, approval papers
- Drive key processes within remit of successful end-to-end execution, including preparation of internal product approval paper - New Product Approval/New Transaction Approval (NPA/NTA), investor due diligence presentations, internal stakeholder communications, process setups

**Your skills and experience**
- Educated to Undergraduate/Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent qualification/work experience in Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics (STEM), Management, or other business/ analytical streams
- Previous relevant experience in Front Office and support roles within Banking
- Analytical with problem-solving skills, with analytics/modelling experience would be a plus
- Ability to work with wide ranging personalities as you will be required to drive collaboration across multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
- Energetic, self-motivated, enthusiastic personality with can-do attitude
