**The Opportunity**: _Do you thrive on making a sale and flourish on a sales floor speaking to customers? _TheDomestic Horticultural Sales Specialist is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned salesperson to really showcase the range of products our client offers, effectively communicating the features and benefits through to the customer. You will join an existing team at one of our client’s branches in North West Kent. You will be focussed on driving sales and maintain a high level of customer service throughout.

**The Company**:A well established agricultural company with multiple branches across the UK, offering an extensive range of machinery products to the horticultural, agricultural and construction markets.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for grass machinery showroom sales at the branch
- Maximise sales opportunities with a professional and helpful approach
- Support the parts room and showroom during quieter periods

**Skills you will need**:

- Essential:_
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a real commitment to customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and people skills, with a passion for working with the general public
- Proven sales experience with the ability to close out deals and meet sales targets
- The ability to identify the opportunities to upsell
- Strong attention to detail and good with financials
- Confident and accurate when processing cash, cheque and card orders
- The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and remain professional at all times
- Works collaboratively with staff to maintain a positive work environment
- Proficient in the use of computers
- Desirable:_
- Familiar with a range of horticultural machinery
- The ability to demonstrate and assemble horticultural machinery

**Remuneration**:Competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus commission and company benefits package. Saturdays are required between 8am and 1pm (time off in lieu will be given in the week).
