**Job Description**:
Our client are seeking an administrator to join them on a temporary ongoing basis working around the Birmingham and Solihull areas and as such for this position own transport will be essential.
As administrator you will be responsible for:
The post holder will be required to work on their own initiative and demonstrate a willingness to help others and be a key member of the team, with responsibility for specifically allocated tasks.
The post holder will be expected to follow set processes, prioritise their workload and demonstrate initiative in order to fulfil the requirements of the post. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential plus an ability to deal with sensitive and confidential phone calls. The post holder will be required to be proficient in word processing and inputting into databases, in addition to diary management.
Main duties of this role include:

- Data entry to ensure systems are kept up-to-date and accurate- Typing up correspondence in line with agreed deadlines to all relevant parties- Produce a range of confidential documents, including typing of letters and file notes. Maintain an effective office support system including filing photocopying and telephone cover- Maintain confidentiality of information concerning patients- High attention to detail and motivation required to work towards and adhere to challenging deadlines. Ability to prioritise your own workload is critical and also able to react and respond quickly to unforeseen urgent escalations- Participate in objective setting and monthly 1:1 meeting with Line Manager and attend all mandatory training and other training relevant to role- Deal with invoice queries in an efficient and timely manner, as required- Ensure that all complaints, comments and suggestions are dealt with appropriately, in accordance with policy, resolving where possible and escalating to line manager when appropriate and acting as first line of support to the team- Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls which can often be highly sensitive and so you will have to be able to adapt to communications as required
