**DISPATCH COORDINATOR**

AliveDx is recruiting for a Dispatch Coordinator to join the Inventory Management team based near Edinburgh (EH26 0BF). The purpose of the role is to to ensure a range of Material Management, Distribution and Logistics activities are performed in adherence to company policy and to the agreed departmental standards/timelines. Working in a fast paced and dynamic environment, the post holder will act as a key link with the manufacturing teams to ensure continuous, effective provision and preparation of raw materials as required. The role is a full-time, permanent position working between 8am-4pm Mon-Fri.

**YOUR MISSION**

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating dispatch related activities in line with both internal and external customer requirements overseeing shipment planning, picking and packing.
- Ensuring all (raw/finished good/chemical) materials requested by internal customers are picked and delivered on time in full and relevant systems updated to record stock dispositions.
- Governing the management of materials & stock replenishment within the warehouse ensuring 5S standards are established and maintained, departmental housekeeping is ‘audit ready’ and ‘batch in process’ areas closely controlled.
- Controlling distribution stock levels e.g. shippers, coolant conditioning, temperature monitors etc.

**YOUR COMPETENCIES**
- Educated to standard grade or equivalent.
- Experience in warehousing and distribution in a dispatch/ shipping capacity.
- Has strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills with the ability to use initiative.
- Has strong communication and teamworking skills.
- Driving/Forklift license desirable
