HR Administrator

Owen Mumford is looking to hire a Human Resources Administrator Could this be your next role the start of your HR Career?

The HR Admin will work as an integral part of the HR Team providing administrative and first level generalist HR/Payroll assistance and administrative support to the HR team along with first level HR advice to internal and external stakeholders.

This role will be dual sited working 37.5 hours with core working hours of 9:30am-12 Noon and 2:00pm-4:00pm (3:30pm on Fridays).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Update and management of OM Together records.
- Assist with general HR queries from associates and managers via the HR Inbox.
- Assistance with clocking queries in relation to OM Together.
- Updating of Associate records for all HR areas including role changes, salary changes, sickness etc.
- Assisting with New starter, leaver, Maternity, Paternity, and adaption processes.
- Any other tasks relevant to your job level as directed by Head of HR or HRBPs.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Excellent ability using Microsoft Word and Excel
- GCSEs in Maths & English or equivalent
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Smart appearance and professional manner
- Discretion and clear understanding of HR confidentiality
- Confident in dealing with people at all levels

This role also has the option to be offered as an apprenticeship role to earn your CIPD Level 3 alongside your working hours. (Apprentice rate salary would be applied)
