Wanted........The Trust is looking to recruit 3 Physician Associates to join an already established dynamic, driven and team orientated cohort - do you want to be part of this?

Croydon Health Services is focusing on our future and want to give newly qualified or more experienced Physician Associates (PA) the chance to work across the Trust in a range of services. These are brand new roles and we are looking for kind, caring and intelligent Physician Associates to join our medical workforce.

The key roles of the physician associate will be able to clerk patients, carry out ward rounds, bedside tests, referrals, Discharge Coordination, involvement in MDTs Family Liaison, outpatients' clinics, first assistance in theatre, Minor procedures, audit, QiP, teaching & training, review results and formulate management plans. The Physician Associate can fulfil different roles depending on clinical teams' needs. PAs' can also lead a multidisciplinary team linking nurses, doctors and other multidisciplinary staff whilst keeping the focus on patients.
