Sales Administrator

We are looking for a sales administrator to join a small busy team responsible for managing the invoicing processes for the firm. The individual will be responsible for supporting the team in completing a variety of administrative tasks.
**Role Tasks**
- Raise invoices and credit notes and ensure correctly posted to sales ledger.
- Despatching orders, liaising with courier and customer.
- Maintain and manage central mail boxes, ensuring items are processed within agreed service levels.
- Assist in arranging the setup of new customer records in accordance with agreed terms
- Other Adhoc duties as required
**Required Skills**:
- Knowledge of Sage 200
- Knowledge of Excel & Outlook
- Strong communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
