You will be providing legal secretary support to Conveyancing Solicitors for a practice that has been established since 2008 and provides a full range of legal services to both private clients and businesses.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Confidential and profession in handling telephone calls and enquiries
- Experience in use of Case Management systems
- Opening files and data entry
- Audio and copy typing experience
- Diary management
- Requesting searches
- Making and arranging appointments
- Sending out contact packages
- Laser Form documents i.e TR1s, etc
- Dealing with completions and setting up the banking
- Post completions - AP1s
- Scanning and copying

**The Person**
- Experience of working as a legal secretary within residential conveyancing essential
- Knowledge within sales and purchase transactions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player
- Methodical and able to prioritise own workload
- Ability to be discrete and maintain high levels of confidentiality
- Accuracy and good attention to detail
- Strong IT and audio skills

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
